Everything working the morning you move in.

Moving or renovating is stressful enough without the internet being down on day one. We coordinate with your landlord, general contractor and internet provider on cabling, the network closet and Wi-Fi, then schedule the cutover so your team can just start working.

Where office moves go wrong

Internet ordered too late

Provider lead times can run weeks or longer in Manhattan buildings.

Cabling as an afterthought

Walls closed up before anyone planned where the drops go.

No one owns the move

The GC, landlord, ISP and phone vendor all point at each other.

Monday-morning chaos

Printers missing, phones dead, and nobody can get on the network.

What we do

One team for the technology side of your move

Planning & drawings

We review plans early and mark where data drops, access points and the closet go.

Structured cabling

Cat6 cabling installed, terminated, tested and labeled, coordinated with your GC.

Network closet

Rack, power, patch panels and equipment set up cleanly and documented.

Internet & phones

We order and coordinate circuits and phone service so they're live before you are.

Wi-Fi coverage

A survey and access point plan that covers the whole new space.

Move-day cutover

Equipment moved, reconnected and tested over the weekend.

How it works

How a build-out runs

  1. Early

    Plan review

We walk the space or review drawings and give you a written scope and quote.

  2. Weeks before

    Order & coordinate

Internet ordered, cabling scheduled with your contractor and building.

  3. Before move-in

    Install & test

Cabling, closet, Wi-Fi and network installed and tested.

  4. Move weekend

    Cutover

Computers, printers and phones moved and working Monday morning.

Office move questions

How early should we bring you in?

As early as possible, ideally when you sign the lease or start design. Internet orders and cabling need lead time.

Do you work with our general contractor?

Yes. We coordinate directly with your GC, architect and building management.

Can you handle the move if you're not our IT provider?

Yes. Build-outs are quoted as standalone projects, and many clients stay on for ongoing support afterward.

Will our team lose a workday?

We plan the cutover for a weekend or after hours so your team starts the next business day ready to work.
