A backup you've never tested is a guess.

We back up your computers, servers and Microsoft 365 automatically, keep copies off-site, and run regular test restores, so when something goes wrong you can actually get your data back.

  • Automatic backups on a schedule
  • Off-site copies protected from ransomware
  • Regular test restores, documented

How small offices lose data

Ransomware

Files get encrypted, along with any backup drive that was plugged in.

Accidental deletion

Someone deletes the wrong folder, and nobody notices for weeks.

Hardware failure

A laptop or server drive dies, and the last backup is months old.

Assuming Microsoft has it

Microsoft 365 keeps services running, but recovering deleted data has limits.

What we do

Backups you can count on

Microsoft 365 backup

Email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams data backed up separately from Microsoft.

Computer & server backup

Automatic backups of the machines and servers your business relies on.

Off-site & protected copies

Copies kept off-site and isolated, so ransomware can't reach them.

Regular test restores

We prove the backups work by restoring real files on a schedule.

Monitoring & alerts

If a backup fails, we know about it and fix it, not you.

Recovery plan

A simple written plan for what happens, and who does what, if disaster strikes.

How it works

Getting your data protected

  1. Step 1

    Find what matters

We map where your important data actually lives: servers, laptops, cloud apps.

  2. Step 2

    Set up backups

Automatic backups with off-site copies, configured for your recovery needs.

  3. Step 3

    Test a restore

We restore real data to prove it works, and document the result.

  4. Step 4

    Monitor & repeat

Daily monitoring and scheduled test restores from then on.

Backup questions

Doesn't Microsoft 365 already back up my data?

Microsoft keeps its service running, but its retention for deleted or overwritten data is limited. A separate backup protects you from deletion, ransomware and departing employees.

How often do you test restores?

On a regular schedule, and we document each test so you have proof for insurers and clients.

Where are backups stored?

In secure off-site cloud storage, kept separate from your network so an attack on your office can't reach them.

How quickly can we get files back?

Individual files and folders are usually restored quickly. Larger recoveries depend on the amount of data, and we plan for that up front.
